Marketing Specialist

• University degree in Marketing or Public Relations

• Minimum 3 years previous experience in marketing/communication (financial services area will be an advantage)

• Previous digital marketing experience with strong digital, analytical, and reporting skills;
• Strong creative and content writing abilities, with a focus on producing engaging and impactful messaging;
• Good English skills, both written and spoken;
• Good knowledge of Office, Power Point, Excel;
• Graphic design skills and good knowledge of the Adobe programs (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);
• Possess commercial awareness;
• Knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing best practices is a plus;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team;
• Detail-oriented, results-driven, and highly organized;
• Strong organizational and planning abilities, with the capacity to work independently;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Contribute to the implementation of the marketing plan;
• Work closely with the sales team to develop impactful marketing materials (print artwork, flyers, adverts, templates, and other support materials);
• Create the internal and external communication of the company (newsletters, content for website & blog);
• Create and manage content for communication channels, including the company website using CMS platform;
• Develop content for the company's Social Media accounts;
• Manage social media accounts, monitor performance and prepare specific reports;
• Manages the relationship with promotional materials and print suppliers;
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and competitors’ activity;
• Reports about the performance of the marketing activity;
• Provide support and actively participate in organizing internal & external events;
• Other administrative tasks specific to the Marketing Department.
