SOLGAR ROMANIA is looking for a self-motivated, highly-energetic and talented Marketing Communications Executive for her headquarters in Bucharest who will lead thе communication campaigns for thе company’s brands both in Romania and Bulgaria. In this position, thе person will be in charge of implementing thе activity plans, producing high-quality content that engages consumers and builds brand recognition.
The main duties will also include informative content, press releases, articles, digital related materials and digital ad campaigns to communicate thе company’s brand and products. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with very good presentation and organizational skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or communication
  • MSc in relevant field is preferable
  • At least 4-5 years of prior experience in developing and implementing marketing communications activity plans
  • Proven experience of digital media communications (GDN, Social Media, programmatic, native, etc)
  • Native speaker Romanian language
  • Excellent English oral and writing skills
  • Knowledge of Bulgarian language is preferable, but not a must
  • Highly organized with thе ability to prioritize
  • High sense of follow through on commitments
  • Computer literate, including (but not limited to) MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communications skills are a must, in order to work effectively with both clients and team members

  • Assist the Mаrketing & Trаde Markеting Dirеctor to dеvеlop thе markеting communications strаtеgy
  • Implement thе marketing communications activity plаn for thе brаnds under his/her rеsponsibility.
  • Briеf advеrtising аnd media agencies, evaluate their proposals and revert towards the Marketing & Trade Marketing Director with his/her feedback
  • Establish media contacts and brief PR agencies when necessary
  • Run, track and optimize social media campaigns and be responsible for the community management
  • Prepare detailed performance reports of the digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (KPIs) with agency’s help after marketing communications campaigns, gather learnings and proposals for future activities
  • Prepare press releases and other marketing materials, such as consumer leaflets, product catalogues, materials for e-pharmacies, print ads, newsletters, presentations, etc.
  • Orchestrate consumer research when appropriate, perform constructive data gathering and propose initiatives aligned with the strategy.
  • Work with product design and creative team (designers) to coordinate the process of developing BTL materials.
  • Plan the annual budget, and manage on a frequent basis to revise if needed with the help of the Marketing and Trade Marketing Director
  • Monitor the competition in terms of communication by conducting periodic competitor comparisons and conclude in valuable feedback for the activity plan
  • Maintain the quality of websites, continually evaluate the need for content changes with the objective to increase visits, leads and conversions if necessary
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of all print marketing materials working closely with freelancers and suppliers
