Candidatul Ideal

  • Knowledge in the field of marketing and administrative
  • Good communication skills, both speaking and writing - PR education background
  • Experience in marketing at least 2 years/ Retail experience will be an advantage
  • Good knowledge of using Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Adobe photoshop and an Image Editor
  • To understand the purpose and objectives of the Company / Group and work in accordance with them;
  • Well organized and ability of working under pressure, as well as deadlines.
  • Experience in measuring the results of marketing initiatives;
  • Communication: in the process of collecting data and presenting information, demonstrate understanding and communication skills developed

  • Good knowledge of web platforms, social media - facebook, Instagram, etc;

Descrierea jobului

  • Develop and produce promotional materials such as brochures, posters, web and improves existing material,
  • Monthly orders for all shops (marketing materials NO / labels / paper bags)
  • Make a monthly budget from a preestablished overall budget
  • Manage and update the company's website;
  • Update social media accounts and replying to all comments
  • Update data base with telephone numbers received from the shops
  • Follow a marketing plan strictly related to the sales plan;
  • Uses effective media channels and social media to promote sales;
  • Upgrade degree promotion of company image by e-mail and sms;
  • Organize events;
  • Designs and performs internal newsletter;
  • Quantify the results of all initiatives
  • Performs periodic visits in stores, makes proposals in order to obtain optimal visibility promotional
  • New Openings (floor plan / decoration / necessary & budget / flyers/ extra orders / visit shops / by present at final decoration)
  • Checking monthly invoices and split according to cost center policy
  • Follow up deliveries
  • Create internal Newspaper
  • Prepares regular activity reports, and other reports required by the Management.
