University Degree in Electromechanics/electrotechnical/electronics
Previous experience in a similar position focused on continuous improvement (preferably in FMCG)
Demonstrable knowledge of implementing lean manufacturing / continuous improvement
Computer literacy: MS Office, MS Project, AutoCad
Fluent in English
Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills
Able to work within tight deadlines, to propose and implement solutions for improving the performance of production lines Drives continuous improvements to existing manufacturing processes and provides technical support for their implementation. Success in this role requires an end2end understanding of the manufacturing process
Perform various engineering tasks involving such functions as analysis, design, development, test, installation and service, etc.
Checks the compliance of Core Design within the projects
Part of FAT team (Factory Acceptance Testing) for the implemented projects
Actively participates in KAIZEN projects and makes proposals to optimize technological processes
Ensures the implementation of new equipment
Establish and maintain appropriate KPI’s to check actual conditions vs. target, as well as determine and measure the impact of implemented improvements: MTBF, MTTR, etc.
