Candidatul ideal

  • University degree (Economic studies preferred);
  • Min. 1 year of hands-on experience in Project Management;
  • Proven experiences in Business Service Center operations or projects, ideally in the field of financial related processes;
  • Strong interpersonal / relationship management skills;
  • Strong customer orientation;
  • Strong target, solutions and implementation guidance;
  • Strong competence in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
  • Fluent in English - as a must;
  • German language - preferred.

Descrierea jobului

  • Responsible for defining the Performance Management framework, the KPIs system and the reporting structure in coordination with all stakeholders (FS and BSC management, customers, Customer Relationship Support etc.);
  • Work with internal stakeholders to continuously develop and improve the appropriate metrics to measure and report operational performance;
  • Create and document the processes to collect, collate, analyze and report metrics;
  • Create analytical framework to be used for performance improvement;
  • Work with internal stakeholders to develop and define performance targets;
  • Track, record and report progress towards the accomplishment of performance targets;
  • Facilitate improvement dialogue between FS BSCs and internal customers;
  • Manage continuous improvement.
