We are currently looking for a Finance Manager for a multinational company in BRASOV county.

Responsabilities:
Accounting Oversight:Manage and coordinate the accounting activities for four entities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
Oversee month-end and year-end close processes.
Controlling:Develop and implement robust controlling processes to monitor and manage financial performance with full support of Group Controlling.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
Support strategic decision-making with insightful financial analysis and reporting.
Tax Management:Oversee all tax-related matters, including compliance, planning, and optimization.
Ensure accurate and timely tax filings and manage relationships with tax authorities.
Ensure fiscal group compliance
Intercompany Transactions:Manage and coordinate intercompany transactions, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
Reconcile intercompany accounts and resolve discrepancies.
SAP Expertise:Utilize SAP for financial reporting, analysis, and management.
Knowledge:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a large multinational organization.
Proven expertise in accounting, controlling, and tax management.
Advanced English language skills.
