Your Mission: 
As a Manager Customer&Performance Management you will act as an adviser for Finance SSC teams and clients, monitoring perfomance and answer to ad-hoc requirements from transversal stakeholders. 
Your Role in a Nutshell 
Performance monitoring  • Develops and maintains performance dashboards that track actual to target metrics: operational, HR, risks  • Net Promoting Score management, follow up actions plans and improvement area • Product owner for KPI application for Finance Controlling  • Headcount follow up: budget/forecast, rate card evolution and consolidation for internal clients • Global view of the client invoices: budget/forecast, efficiency gains and consolidation for internal clients • Invoice collections performance for Finance clients • Point of contact for financial departments of EBS and clients Contractual framework • Implement the contractual framework for EBS clients and sub-contracted services • Ensure contracts are updated and signed for all new and existing clients • Point of contact for clients and internal EBS departments Projects • Coordinate different projects together with project managers: tools implementation, norms related to outsourcing or other areas, continuous improvement projects.  
A little about You 
• Managerial experience at least 3 years in a multicultural environment • Previous experience in: client management, controlling and project management; • You are fluent in English; French would be an advantage • You have a strog knowledge of Excel and Access tools (making reports, graphs, pivot tables, queries) • Knowledge of business intelligence platforms (Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
