Manager Calitate / Quality Manager in Rm Valcea

Ideal candidate
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, in automotive industry
• In-depth knowledge of Metrology and quality tools (PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control plan, 8D)
• Team player with leadership and managerial skills, focused on developing people
• Energetic, data driven, passionate, and enthusiastic
• A leader capable of contributing to the robustness of the organization, for long term and sustainable results
• Bi-lingual, English required
• Master’s degree in engineering or similar
• Mobile, willing to relocate in Valcea county

Main responsibilities
• The QM is the management representative according to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards and thus guarantees that all standards and procedures are respected, with a special focus on:
• Customer standards
• S/R standards
• Forvia Excellence System and related procedures
• Represents the customer within the plant and acts accordingly.
• Participates in defining the plant’s quality objectives, monitors progress, and implements corrective actions in case of deviations.
• Ensures the complete existence and archiving of all products/process data relevant for traceability and product accountability.
• Being responsible for managing complaints from both customers and suppliers, ensures that complaints are handled timely by properly using problem-solving techniques, and guarantees that 8D reports are robust and regularly updated in the QSS system.
• Manages the Quality Department in terms of budget, recruitment, resource allocation, and staff development.
