- University degree;
- +3 years experience in a similar position/administration activities
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a must; German is a plus;
- Literate in MS Office and Internet capability;
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Assisting in technical presentations preparation, reports and other documents;
- Providing administrative support for the entire department on various matters: phone calls, translations, liaison with other departments, arrangements between the operating areas of the company;
- Keeping track of various incoming documents and data base files;
- Events planning e.g. team buildings, workshops, meetings and related travel arrangements: hotel/flight/car reservations, etc.;
- Maintaining/updating specific electronic files;
- Agenda arrangements including time schedules;
- Tracking on time sheets for all team members;
- Administrating the office equipment (copying, printing, fax-machinery, PC infrastructure and car-fleet).
