Logistic and Distribution Coordinator

• Knowledge of road transport and distribution, especially in domestic market
• Warehouse operations knowledge, to resolve any issues related to transportation delays, damages, or disputes
• Creativity and ability to introduce new solutions to improve processes of xDock handling and distribution in Romania
• Commitment and willingness to learn in an international environment
• Ability to work in a dynamically changing environment, open mind, flexible person that can adapt to changes
• Team player and good communication skills
• Coordination and planning experience for transport and distribution
• e-Transport reporting experience(nice to have)
• Computer skills (Excell, outlook, open to learn new ERP’s, e.t.c.)
• Advanced English language

• Coordinate customer scheduling and routing of transportation activities to ensure timely delivery of parcells
• Establish and maintain relationships with company logistics Partners
• Close cooperation with drivers, route planning and work schedule, optimal distribution planning, checking if deliveries are made ︁in accordance with the No Limit rules
• Close cooperation with our 3PL Partenr, planning and optimizing xDock work
• Operate in distribution and xDock management systems
• Coordination of the execution of orders in accordance with the procedures;
• Generate and analyze reports on transportation and delivery performance to identify areas for improvement
• Proceeding returns logistics
• Cooperation with intern & international NL European Team
• Logistics customer approach and support in customers requests
• Planning daily returns and transfers(boxes processed one day before and upload in the system)

Our operations take place in 20 warehouses across Central and Eastern Europe, five of which holding BREEAM certification. No Limit transports goods daily to 28 European countries using an extensive network of road connections, where our fleet includes aerodynamic trailers and tractors powered by alternative fuels, such as LNG. We focussing on process automation and sustainable solutions, with a fleet of electric vehicles and adherence to ecological standards through our Eco-Friendly Logistics program.
