Candidatul Ideal

The L1 Support Agent will be the main point of contact with the customers who are using different tools and applicantions from our client - based in the IT industry and will provide troubleshooting assistance, error debugging support and will have to make sure the technical issues encountered by the users are solved on time.
  • Fluency in French (B2/C1) and English (B2/B1) - both in verbal and written communicationMin. 6 months of experience working on a similar role, would be a plus
  • Strong PC and internet navigation skills
  • Very good cusromer service skills
  • Attention to details and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills and client relationship management skills
  • University graduate

Job responsabilities:
  • Working with different operating systems from the IT industry
  • Resolving known Customer issues resorting to knowledge or product user guides and available materials
  • Providing assistance with software instalation for licence users for different operating systems (Windows, MAC, Apple)
  • Answer to technical questions from the customers related to a wide range of products
