Candidatul ideal

- University Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or related careers;
- Similar experience in business development / sales for Fashion, Sports, Beauty, Home & Deco, DIY industries would be an advantage;
- Self-motivated, results driven, and autonomous taking responsibility for achieving your targets;
- Good understanding of international online shopping industry;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade, convince and explain complex concepts in a simple manner.

Descrierea jobului

- Build and manage the inbound and outbound sales teams focusing on driving retailers to order more;
- Work closely with customers to develop smart and creative solutions to the problems our customers face, also building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships;
- Market research to identify and contacting / recruiting new sellers;
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives;
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth;
- Tracking business development results, analyze data and interpret them to improve Key Performance Indicators for each partner;
- Ability to analyze huge sets of data, segment the data, and derive proper actions;
- Collaborate with sellers and advise them on how to better perform;
- Establishing the marketing strategy for each partner;
- Negotiating the terms and conditions of collaboration depending on the company's policy;
- Following the evolution of each partner's portfolio by analyzing the performance indicators: turnover, order completion rate, order cancellation rate, return rate, customer satisfaction, conversion rate;
- Identifying market trends and tracking the evolution of online commerce both locally and globally.
