Descrierea jobului

Plan and monitor MSR activities:

- Check weekly/monthly MSR performance & reporting (recommendation rate, hospital listings, no. of calls, symposia etc.), review results and insights with BDM, build up regional business plan reflecting the divisional objectives

- Analyze results by area and set objectives for MSR: analyze and consolidate KPI results, set objectives per MSR area and support MSR in working out action plans

- Enable execution of campaigns: train team to enable excellence in

o detailing

o building credible & value-added HCP relations

o reporting market insights & results to BDM.

- People development: deliver individual in-field coaching and appropriate trainings to develop MSR performance, demonstrate in-field best practices.

- Build credible & effective team:

Provide team with all business relevant information (priorities, promotions,stocks, prices, etc.), organize regular team meetings to identify and share best practices to build and update regional plans and to motivate MSR;

- Manage key HCPs and regional KOLs: own the regional influence map, build credibility and trust with key HCP and KOLs, manage key decision takers of top hospitals, coordinate cross-functional teams for key customers.

- Plan, manage& monitor budget: to optimize regional cost effectiveness, maximize ROI and efficiency of all company resources e.g. investments in key-accounts

- Be an active member of Nutrient team: participate actively in team meetings; share best practices also cross-functionally, contribute pro-actively to National Medical Sales strategy and tactics, take leadership in solution building, demonstrates ownership for team decisions.

The KAM will also have her/his own area of promotion - Bucharest and surroundings.
