As a Key Account Manager B2C/ Consumer you’ll be responsible for shaping and fostering relationships with major B2C online and offline key accounts (retailers and etailers/ e-commerce) in order to enhance sales and profitability with these accounts. You’ll be part of the Signify consumer sales department in CEE region and its responsibilities are to understand the next generation users´ wishes and translating them into impactful solutions that keep us ahead of the market. What you’ll do

  • Develop, maintain and improve relations with B2C key accounts, retailers and eCommerce/ etailers - by maximizing sales opportunities through innovative lighting solutions
  • Demonstrate an excellent financial understanding, understand the business drivers and identify commercial opportunities
  • Nurture the highest level of customer satisfaction by understanding the customer's challenges and taking on a solution-based approach
  • Create tailored smart lighting solutions that promote energy efficiency, safety, and sustainability
  • Ensure professional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

What you’ll need
  • Master’s and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Economics, Technology or related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in a key account management role selling products/solutions in the B2C industry; experience in online consumer channel is a must
  • 3+ years demonstrated ability to achieve ambitious sales targets as well as understanding complex sales cycles at strategic level
  • Very good technical understanding of connected systems and a result-driven and proactive approach
  • Fluent Romanian and English language skills (verbal and written) - as a must
