Candidatul Ideal
- High school diploma in a technical field
- An affinity for technology and a strong desire to build a career in the technical security field
- Previous hands-on technical experience (even as a hobby, personal project, or student work) is a significant plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a logical, analytical mindset
- Great team collaboration and communication skills
- English at B2 level and good knowledge of MS Office

- Provide technical support to our customers in resolving requests
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and resolve technical issues
- Maintain the showroom, ensuring it and its equipment are up-to-date
- Manage the inventory for both the showroom and service
- Receive, process, and manage service equipment and related documentation
- Create technical translations (e.g., data sheets, manuals) and prepare CE documentation
- Manage the B2B platform: ensure active articles match the latest catalog and inventory, verify accurate descriptions and technical specs, and upload documents
- Participate in development of technical security solutions and testing the latest equipment
- Participate in technical training for colleagues, partners, and installers
