The Junior Technical Support performs activities related to the implementation, configuration, and on-going support of business information systems, applying problem-solving skills and the knowledge of best practices to solve issues related to system integration, deployment, and operation.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the training and systems support team to enhance the business process and ensure its efficiency across the organization;
  • Assist and contribute to the leasing workflow by implementing all contracts and additional addendums in the application;
  • Provide user support for new and existing employees on procedures related to Yardi Voyager and other technical software systems, using delivery solutions such as support tickets and online trainings;
  • On-going assistance and online trainings, finding appropriate solutions and addressing any knowledge and training gaps that may exist;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must;
  • Good knowledge of the Budgeting Process (previous experience is a huge plus);
  • Will be responsible for performing activities related to the implementation of budgeted and forecasted figures in the Yardi Voyager ABF Module;
  • Will work closely with every user involved, in order to ensure the accuracy of the budgeting and forecasting process;
  • Will test and implement required budgeting and forecasting scenarios in the Yardi Voyager ABF Module;
  • Will provide procedures and support for all users involved in the process (support related to commercial data, scenarios, business methods).

Required Knowledge and Experience
  • Three years’ degree in Finance and Economics, Computer Science or Accounting.
  • Experience working in software support and system administration is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to respect deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge.
