The sales department represents the wheel upon which the cycle of economy turns; therefore, you will act like a real account manager focused on turning requests into in house reservations & events.

The daily activity relies on communication, relationships, and networking, understanding the needs of the guests and fulfilling their wishes. Sometimes customers do have special requests on Saturdays as well 😊

Budgeting and Opera software skills are an advantage.

Junior Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:
  • Services existing accounts and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales channels.
  • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analyses.
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, and merchandising techniques.
  • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive changes.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
