Descrierea jobului

We are looking for a sales development representative with a passion for people interaction, enthusiasm for a high-pressure fast-paced environment, and a strong desire to succeed and grow.

You will work with the sales team to screen potential candidates, conduct the first round of sales, onboard them after they have signed, and take care of the admin process.

You will shadow salespeople in the sales process and learn their skills.

Your personality and your traits matter as much as your sales expertise.

We want someone proactive. Come with new ideas and highlight things we didn’t think about. We are looking for someone who is excited about owning & further developing the entire company’s strategy.
We are looking for an independent person. We expect you to carry your own weight and be reliable. There is no time for micro-management.
We are looking for a fast learner. It’s ok if you don’t know everything there is to know about all design and video tools, but you are passionate to learn and grow.
We want you to be a partner for the sales team. Come with compelling facts and insights into the sales process and contribute to the success of the team.

You’ll leave your mark and get to:
  • Work alongside founders, partners, and teammates to implement the sales execution
  • Work on content creation and sales assets
  • Screen potential candidates and choose the best prospective client for the sales calls
  • Onboard new customers in their educational experience
  • Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and education trends
  • Work with sales teammates to continuously identify new areas for growth
  • Develop into a sales manager
