About the role
You are going to be the essential link for making the right match and for the growth of our company. You will be responsible for the whole recruitment cycle, from point A, where you get in contact with the candidate for the first time - to point Z, where our future employee is signing a contract with us. You’ll work on all kinds of vacancies within our recruitment department: order-pickers, EPT drivers, all-around warehouse employees, greenhouse employees, etc. Besides, you’ll boost our job page and other recruitment channels with your creative ideas. The recruitment process is not set in stone yet, so in that perspective, you can add value too!
1. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, employee referrals, etc.
2. Build your network of candidates
3. Evaluate candidates and find the best job match
4. Lead recruitment process from A-Z
5. Performing routine administrative duties including the processing of mail, filing, photocopying, data entry related to recruitment procedures
