  • Proven work experience as an office assistant, front office representative or similar role (1+ years)
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Romanian on a native level
  • Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • You live in or around Bucharest

For our new office in Bucharest we are looking for a Junior Office Manager for our front desk, to perform a variety of administrative and organizational tasks to the highest quality standards and take over the responsibility for the office to ensure the business can run smoothly. ​

What you will do:

As the Office Assistant, you will not only be the face of the company but will also become the good soul of the office. While reporting to the Senior Office Manager BG&RO, who is based in Sofia, your new role will be taking over a variety of tasks:

  • Receive, welcome and refer visitors to the relevant individual or department
  • Maintain the office and reception in a tidy condition, taking responsibility for administrative tasks when needed
  • Can perform full clerical, administrative, and general office duties involving: typing, record and file maintenance, document creation, translations
  • Sort, handle and process inbound and outbound telephone calls, post and multiple email traffic and ensure required follow-up, redirecting phone calls, answering emails, coordinating deliveries
  • Order/purchase required office supplies, stationery and furniture and act as a first point of contact for employees and suppliers
  • Contact and liaise between cleaning company and suppliers to arrange repairs, maintenance etc
  • Support in organizing company events, trainings and meetings
  • Assists staff in travel arrangements (transport, accommodation and car rental)
  • Setting up new employees with everything they need
  • Keeping a good overview of what is going on in the office
