Junior Configuration Management Analyst

FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:
• Higher education, technical degree is a plus

• Working with PLM System, product lifecycle management or databases, nice to have

• Using oral and written communication skills in English and Romanian, one must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, both orally and in writing

• Strong personal interaction skills, team oriented and able to effectively handle multiple priorities, but also able to work independently

• Must be detail oriented

• Problem solving and root cause identification skills, strong analytic and decision-making abilities

• Good presentation skills are desirable

• International travel for training it might be required

• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

SUMMARY OF ROLE

You will work online transfer projects and new product introduction/development to increase European capabilities and ensure Engineering Change Orders are processed properly,accurately, and successfully implemented throughout the Flow organization.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
• Reviews released engineering change data and changes documenting activities to ensure adherence to configuration management procedures and policies

• Manage the implementation phase of the change process in development and production

• Support projects to increase European capabilities for the Flow organization

• Support global projects when required by the business development objectives

• Manages the process to minimize the Engineering Change Request cycle time

• Continuously work on improving the European Configuration Management processes and procedures

• Authorize the release of information associated with Change Order implementation.
