Junior Business IT Consultant - Help Desk Specialist

Your profile:
University bachelor degree, preferably in computer science, economic science, or food technology
Business economics knowledge – knowledge in Finance/Controlling is a plus
Professional experience in the field of ERP projects is a plus
Advanced analytical and conceptual skills
Customer service oriented, flexible
Independent and goal-oriented way of working
Strong communication skills and high ability for teamwork
Excellent English, speaking and writing
German and/or Hungarian language is a plus

Your tasks:
Provide first level support and seek resolutions to customer issues
Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources
Properly escalate queries to the next level of support when required
Walk customers through problem solving process, follow up and provide feedback
Pursues own professional development and specialization in the direction of further process and organization consulting for our customers
Analyse and improve business processes of our customers, identify weak points and recognize need for action
Contributes to the definition of solutions and concepts
Implementation and start-up of our industry-specific ERP system, according to the agreed solutions and concepts.
