Descrierea jobului

Main responsabilities:
  • Performing day-to-day tasks related to banking activities using specialized software and tools, according to predefined manuals, policies ︁︈​︉︇​︉​︁︆︈and procedures
  • Offering support to the customers in German and English on topics related to various invoices or documents
  • Sharing knowledge inside the team creating and maintaining good communication relationships with all involved departments
