What will you be doing in our team?
- Review RFQs and support product selection based on customer needs
- Provide technical support to Sales and Pre-Sales teams
- Design and configure custom (ETO) solutions when standard products don't fit
- Ensure compliance with certifications and coordinate with engineering teams
- Prepare technical documents and support project and manufacturing teams
- Present solutions to Sales and assist with customer communication
- Deliver product training and create technical presentations
- Monitor market trends and support product improvement
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and trade regulations
