Descrierea jobului
Main responsibilities:
- Ensures the registration and processing of financial documents, records of receipts and payments;
- Accounts the invoices issued for the clients;
- Records the receipts and payments according to the account statement;
- Operates cash receipts and payments according to the cash register;
- Operates the advances from the treasury according to the statements;
- Make lists of cash advances;
- Prepare check balances fro clients;
- Responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information to which she/he has acces;
- Respect the general working procedures of the company;
