Be the strategist: Analyze funding opportunities and provide tailored advice to clients.
Be the architect: Craft and prepare detailed, winning documentation for accessing European funds.
Be the guide: Oversee project implementation, ensuring compliance with all funding requirements.
Be the bridge: Maintain seamless communication with authorities and stakeholders to drive success.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience (3+ years) in EU funding consultancy, with a track record of successful projects.
Strong knowledge of EU funding programs, regulations, and processes (e.g., PNRR, regional development programs).
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Financial and legal expertise related to EU-funded projects.
Ability to evaluate project viability and provide honest, strategic advice.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
Proficiency in Romanian (written and spoken).! Proficiency in English is a plus.

Represent clients in interactions with public authorities and funding bodies.
Offer post-funding support, including sustainability reporting and compliance checks.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services and achieve client success.
