We're looking for an Jira Project Manager to lead Jira administration, process improvements, and data-driven decision-making through Power BI reporting and standardized governance practices.

What we are looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in Jira administration & enterprise governance
- Strong Power BI reporting & data analysis skills
- Deep understanding of Jira Software, Service Management, Align & Confluence
- Experience integrating Jira with Power BI, ServiceNow, Slack, GitHub, and other tools
- Strong stakeholder engagement & governance leadership skills
- Jira certification (preferred but not required!)

Jira Coordination & Governance
- Administer and maintain Jira projects, issue types, automation rules, and governance frameworks.
- Implement and enforce best practices, ensuring standardization and security.
- Manage user roles & permissions, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
- Develop dashboards, queries, and filters for real-time project tracking.
- Administer Jira and related project management tools, integrating new features to enhance collaboration and automation.
- Design data-driven Power BI reports that provide actionable insights into project performance and resource management.
- Extract and analyze Jira data, identifying trends and opportunities for process improvements.
- Automate reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
