IT Support Engineer
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or similar studies;
Previous experience in running and managing IT Operations primarily on systems domain;
Hand on experience on Cisco network devices, firewall solution;
Experience in user management/ email management/ group policies management/ windows scripting/ automation;
Exposure to LAN/ WAN and good understanding on managing basic troubleshooting;
Good understanding of Network layer Protocols;
Experience in Service Delivery and managing SLA's;
High proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Assess and diagnose escalated problems and root cause analysis;
Provide quick work around to resolve;
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues;
Ensure maximum uptime of all servers and systems including the exchange mailing platform;
Maintenance of more than one segregated windows domain;
Ensuring support full operations from systems perspective by ensuring user management/ email management/ group policies management/ windows scripting/ automation;
Ensure patch updates/ antivirus updates/ backups are being followed religiously;
Provide technical solutions as per requirements of clients/customers;
Work closely with Information Security Group for ensuring all security parameters are in place.
