We are looking for an ambitious, self-driven IT Support Analyst with German language skills to join Computacenter’s Global Team. The main responsibility involves managing tickets for missing devices for a big client in Germany.

- Processing tickets in the ServiceNow tool
- Ensuring the end-to-end customer experience and providing a single point of contact for the customer
- Interacting with the users via phone/e-mail enquiring about the status of missing devices
- Contact the user’s Direct Manager with the case Report the missing devices to Security
