IT Specialist

Profile:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT, preferably with previous experience in implementation of infrastructure projects
- Preferably studies: systems and computer science engineer
- Excellent English knowledge – must
- Oriented to internal and external clients
- Open to communication, flexible, positive approach
- Hard working, team player
- Immediately available

Responsibilities:
- Expert in Microsoft Windows operating systems
- Microsoft Windows Server administration knowledge
- IP networking administration and services
- Good knowledge of hardware and networking LAN/WAN
- Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, voip/sip phones, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches
- Implement and maintain network and system security
- Hyper-V knowledge
- High-level troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Office equipment (printers, faxes, copiers, scanners); LAN; WAN; Backup & recovery solution;
- Applications and service monitoring; IT Security (firewall, VPN, antivirus system,
- IT-security monitoring; Telephony system; company’s specific IT infrastructure solutions and other possible software/hardware.
- Participate in design, planning and adaptation of company IT infrastructure
solutions and IT infrastructure deployment.
- Provide second-line technical support for corporate IT infrastructure within
Organization.
- Aware and/or train end-users in used IT infrastructure solutions.
