IT Recruitment Specialist - Remote

• Have previous recruitment experience (1- 2 years) preferably within the engineering domain;
• Show initiative and creative problem-solving skills;
• Be well-organized and customer-oriented;
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Upper-intermediate level of English (written and verbal).

• Filling in vacancies of Junior/Middle to Team Lead/Tech Lead level with various skillset (e.g. Java, Python, DevOps, React);
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs and job requirements;
• Advertising vacancies, screening, and selection of suitable applicants;
• Identifying the most appropriate sourcing strategy for each open position;
• Conducting interviews and keeping the candidates up to date with the recruitment process;
• Continuous update and improvement of candidates database;
• Reporting of specific KPIs;
• On demand take an active part in PR events and initiatives of Capgemini Engineering;
• Limited engagement in various administrative tasks.
