
IT Recruitment Specialist - Remote
Candidatul Ideal
- Have previous recruitment experience (1- 2 years) preferably within the engineering domain;
- Show initiative and creative problem-solving skills;
- Be well-organized and customer-oriented;
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Upper-intermediate level of English (written and verbal).

- Filling in vacancies of Junior/Middle to Team Lead/Tech Lead level with various skillset (e.g. Java, Python, DevOps, React);
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs and job requirements;
- Advertising vacancies, screening, and selection of suitable applicants;
- Identifying the most appropriate sourcing strategy for each open position;
- Conducting interviews and keeping the candidates up to date with the recruitment process;
- Continuous update and improvement of candidates database;
- Reporting of specific KPIs;
- On demand take an active part in PR events and initiatives of Capgemini Engineering;
- Limited engagement in various administrative tasks.
