We are looking for an IT Recruiter to be an integral part of our HR team, playing a key role in defining and executing Operative's Global Recruitment & Candidate's experience strategy.
As so, you will be working closely with all hiring figures within the company.
This is a hands-on role, in which you'll have full ownership of end to end hiring processes, bring in the best talent and provide an unforgettable candidate experience.
Please note that the workplace type is Hybrid and requires at least 1day/week presence at our office in Craiova

~Provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring process and practices to meet business objectives.
~Closely work with our leaders from all departments and our global HR team to identify and forecast all hiring-related needs.
~Develop our recruiting vision, strategy, roadmap and best practices, working closely with the Attract global pillar lead.
~Create ways to maintain and improve our local employer branding.
~Manage and develop our sourcing channels (agencies, social media, friend referral etc.)
~Compile, analyze and capture insights from data to support business decisions reg recruitment best practices.
~Coach and mentor the hiring figures to sharpen their abilities to attract and screen the right people.
~Build, maintain and engage all relevant stakeholders with our exceptional candidate experience.
~Actively involved in onboarding processes and best practices (i.e. orientation sessions etc.)
~Play an active part in implementing various HR projects to support the local HR strategy & Activities.
