We are looking for an IT Recruiter for our offices in Bucharest and Cluj-Napoca!
We want someone ambitious, perseverant, with a little experience and with the following “musts”

• High level of communication skills – you will talk a lot on phone and less, nowadays, on f2f interviews;
• Very organized style of work – you will handle multiple candidates sourcing platforms;
• Eagerness to learn on continuous basis – your candidates are learning continuously and so should you 🙂
• Very flexible and objective oriented behavior in relation with people…you need to make them trust you and find your projects attractive
• Joyful and pleasant presence…bare in mind: you need to attract and recruit! low profile easy to forget voices and appearances will give you little help or not at all.
• Be curious about your job! Always!…it will help grow much faster!
• Of course, since you read and comprehend this JD, advanced level of English language knowledge 🙂
• Computer must be a friendly aid for you, not an unpleasant alliance 😉

• Sourcing/prospecting for the right candidates on Linkedin, using Recruiter license;
• Outreaching the best ones for our customers and obtaining a phone conversation with them;
• Selecting those with the necessary skills for the available positions we are looking to fill;
• Mantaining a very closed and full of trust relation with your candidates through the whole recruitment process;
• Keeping in touch with hiring managers and obtaining feedback from their side
• Continous learning so that KPIs are met and excedeed
