Candidatul ideal

You will be responsible for the oversight and provisioning of equipment for new employees as well as the reimaging and inventory of previously used hardware. You will also be responsible for the day to day management of the help desk queue and escalate tickets and problems to the IT Manager when necessary. We're looking for a responsive, highly productive professional who is used to the fast pace of growing companies.

Essential tasks/Responsibilities:

  • Service orientation personality with pleasant and good customer service skills;
  • User administration in Active Directory, Office365, Azure AD;
  • Manage and report on Help Desk ticketing system (ServiceNow);
  • Maintaining hardware and software inventory;
  • Provide training and instruction to staff on use of IT equipment, software;
  • Diagnose and resolve user issues (hardware and software);
  • Perform minor hardware repairs and install peripheral equipment;
  • Coordinate with vendors on hardware replacements;
  • Ensuring that our network always stays rock solid;
  • Assist users in setup of audio-visual tools in conference rooms;
  • Other relevant duties as assigned.
What we are looking for:
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience required, preferably within the field of IT;
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT related discipline is preferred;
  • Provide solid support to customers with a high degree of customer satisfaction and technical expertise;
  • Experience with Installation and updating OS and Applications thru SCCM;
  • Experience with Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access);
  • Experience working on computer hardware, understand of VDI is a plus;
  • Strong oral, written and analytical skills required;
  • Own a follow-up tickets to closure
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions;
  • Ability to establish a solid working relationship with end users and peers;
  • A team player
