IT Coordinator

• Experienced in troubleshooting Microsoft Windows and Office applications issues.

• Knowledge of SharePoint technologies, ASP, HTML.(desirable)

• Knowledge of Novell, Active Directory.

• ITIL Foundation Level Certification - highly desirable

• Knowledge of networking technologies – desirable.

Colleague Technology Services tower is responsible for all solutions focused on the technology experience for Aon colleagues, including messaging, collaboration, telephony, video, personal computing, print solutions and mobile devices.
Location IS team, part of CTS Colleague Services tower, is currently looking for an IT Specialist who will be primarily responsible for providing 2nd line IT Infrastructure and End-User Services support at Aon Romania office in Bucharest. This role will involve working with global CTS teams with high responsiveness and ensuring high system uptime and low response time for providing resolutions to meet client expectations.

- Supporting IT Projects
- Application Support/Transition/Migrations/Upgrades
- Effective ticket Management via Service Now
- Meticulous Inventory Management
- Supporting Backup Management
- DR/BCP Support
- Vulnerability Support/Vendor Management
- Cooperate with vendors to support application management
- Cooperate with the other teams with the services delivery and support cooperation
- Vendor management to deliver mobile phone, internet, and printing services
• Provide 2nd line support to End-Users in accordance with agreed timescales and procedures.
• Support IT infrastructure in Aon Romanian offices.
• Liaise with Servers/Network/Voice/Mobile/Printing teams to ensure service availability.
• Support Location and Regional team SharePoint portals.
• Work with vendors to enable timely support and delivery of goods and services.
• Participation in various internal projects.
• Participation in DR tests/events.
