International Truck Planner - Night Shift

Essential Qualities
- English spoken ( professional level / any other EU language is preferable )
- Available to work in WEEKLY shifts rotation
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Multitasking
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good geographic orientation in relation European Roads
- Positive, professional and helpful attitude
- Willingness to assist colleagues in other areas of the operation as necessary
- Good knowledge of Reg 1054/2020 (561/2006 - Drivers Driving & Working time)
- Preferably technical background in relation with trucks/trailers
- Willingness to travel abroad for short and medium time (NL / UK / DE / BG)
- Minimum 1 year experience in transport/trucking industry

Tasks:
- Instruct/communicate with drivers, follow-up on correct execution of orders
- Steers on truck productivity of the total fleet
- Steers on on-time performance of the orders and trips
- Update trucks in a timely and efficient way using in-house software
- Communicate with clients and customer service departments in the Jan de Rijk network
