  • excellent English knowledge; other language is an advantage
  • good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and meet the deadlines
  • very good PC skills (Word, Excel, Power point)
  • proactive flexible approach
  • accuracy and attention to detail
  • able to interpret sales metrics and be goal-oriented

  • Contributing to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations by providing professional back office support to sales representatives.
  • Providing back office support to sales representatives and respond to customers.
  • Managing the correspondence between the sales representatives and their clients.
  • Providing troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and other relevant issues.
  • Monitoring customer accounts and providing data and reports to help the sales team.
  • Preparing presentations about the company products and clients offers.
