Your role will be to support the expansion of our brand in several export markets by increasing brand awareness through approaching new customers and promoting products to new or existing customers and markets.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, marketing or related.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience (FMCG in the European / International market – it’s an advantage).
  • Strong track record of success within key account management in the food industry.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer orientation skills.
  • Tenacious and enthusiastic in approach.
  • Proactive in meeting objectives and deadlines.
  • Highly goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on problem solver
  • Computer skills and Microsoft Office package knowledge.Languages - English (Reading/ Writing/ Speaking –fluently)

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the observation and analysis of relevant markets in terms of market share, products and development opportunities, price trends and customer requirements, etc.
  • Develop and maintain an appropriate relationship with existing and potential customers to maximize sales results.
  • Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge, in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects.
  • Experience in identifying, contacting, and closing business with decision-makers at different firms.
  • Identify and sign contracts with new international clients.
  • 60% of the job will consist of market visits made abroad, including participating at the main exhibitions and fairs.
  • Ensuring high after-sales satisfaction and long-term positive relationships.
  • Build revenue streams with current customers and evaluate opportunities to increase the relationship through calls / meetings, problem solving and administrative follow-up.
  • Build collaborative relationships with other internal departments to optimize the customer experience.
  • Constantly propose adjustments to existing processes and strategies to help the business growth.
  • Prepares regular progress reports and forecasts to stakeholders, using key indicators.
  • Performing calculations, negotiating prices and conditions, contracting, in area of responsibility.
  • Providing detailed and accurate sales forecasts and contract tracking.
  • Monitors the activity of competitors and market trends and provides feedback to the company.
