The Transition Manager is responsible for orchestrating the seamless migration of processes and activities to the Business Service Centre (BSC). This role involves meticulous planning, effective management, and precise execution to ensure minimal disruption to local business operations. The Transition Manager aims to achieve cost efficiencies and enhance process improvements throughout the transition.
Your main responsibilities:
- Supporting control owners in conducting self- assessments and support on the definition and development of control measures;
- Identify weaknesses in ICS processes and systems and develop optimization proposals to make business processes more efficient;
- By conducting internal ICS training sessions, provide the relevant departments with the necessary know-how and promote a common understanding of effective control mechanisms;
- During spot checks for validation, evaluation and analysis of self- assessments, ensure that results are transparently communicated to management by preparing regular reports;
- Together with the team, work on the group-wide development of the ICS, determine the control requirements within Jungheinrich AG and keep guidelines and manuals up to date
- Assist external and internal stakeholders- such as auditors, departments and managers- with all ICS- related topics;
Therefore, a successful candidate would have:
- University degree in Economics, Law, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or a similar qualification;
- 2 years+ experience in the ICS in a corporate/ internal or external audit of a company;
- Professional experience in the areas of internal control systems, accounting, auditing or internal audit/compliance of an internationally operating company or in the consulting/ auditing of capital market- oriented companies;
- Experience in the continuous development and relevant process management of an ICS;
- Knowledge of relevant frameworks and auditing standards (ex COSO or IDW PS 82) is a plus.
