Your profile:

• University degree;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
• German and/or French language skills are a plus;

• Good command of MS Office ( Outlook, Word, Excel, Access).

Your tasks:

• Rеviеwing and analyzing incoming emаils from clients/аgents/IP Offices аnd аccuratеly and timеly updаte in thе cliеnts’ IP managеmеnt systems mаtters rеlаtеd to their IP portfolio:

- Nеw trademarks/patents/design applications;
- Domain Names/copyrights;
- Due dates and reminders;
- Refusals, oppositions, cancellations, infringements, agreements;
- Assignments, changes of name/address
- Declarations of use and renewals;
- Scanning, saving and uploading documents related to IP rights into the systems;

• Reviewing accuracy of documents and directing client’s attention to errors requiring correction;
• Cross-checking entries to confirm database accuracy;
• Sending daily or weekly docket reports per request;
• Working on docketing related projects and tasks for client transfers.
