Description

The Inside Sale Team Leader is responsible of supervising and coordinating the activity of the assigned Inside Sales teams and/or engineers. He/she will be responsible for the employee development, performance management, administration, task assignment, prioritization and utilization of the team.

Responsibilities
* Maintain open communication with European Country Sales and Operations leadership, Business Unit Management and Inside Sales Management;
* Collaborate closely with the Business Unit and Country Lifecycle Services leadership to develop processes and tools to enable the inside sales teams, focusing on proactive support for the Front Sales Offices;
* Develop and maintain effective standards and systems for monitoring, reporting and analyzing offering activities for Lifecycle Services;
* Support the Inside Sales Manager with communication of business objectives and strategy, focused on Lifecycle Services;
* Lead the recruitment of inside sales engineers for the allocated team;
* Ensure that all reports have an appropriate technical training and development plan; follow-up quarterly on development needs, monitor professional growth and forecast promotions;
* In partnership with the Inside Sales Manager and Human Resources manage employee welfare and development to ensure we retain a motivated, engaged, and high performing team;
* Ensure that all inside sales engineers have a Performance Excellence Plan (PEP) which is reviewed quarterly;
* Manage the utilization of the assigned proposals team to meet the agreed targets while maintaining an optimal balance of workload;

DIMENSIONS AND SCOP
* Direct responsibility for 5-10 engineers;
* Willingness to travel in Europe. Travel can be up to 2 weeks in duration.

Requirements
* University studies in an Engineering discipline;
* 3+ years’ experience in a similar leading/coordinator position in a commercial or engineering environment (customer support, sales support, technical sales, engineering);
* English language upper intermediate (written and spoken);
* Knowledge of a second European language is considered an advantage;
* Previous experience in coordinating teams;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
* Strong command and organizing skills.
