Outstanding communicator with strong tele-sales skills.
Experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management.
Min. 3 years proven experience generating new business sales in B2B environment.
Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers.
Excellent verbal (pleasant voice) and written communications skills.
Excellent listening and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
Quick learner, positive attitude.
Ability to hunt relevant decision makers
Negotiation skills
Well developed persuasion and perseverance skills
Team player
Experience working with CRM platform
BA/BS degree or equivalent

Primary responsibilities for this position include:
Develop business opportunities by researching and identifying potential business leads through different data bases, online platforms, outdoor, or media.
Create and deliver qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
Search for potential customers, analyze and understand business needs and requirements.
Define the best solution for each potential customer
Identify decision makers within targeted leads and generate interest.
Establish contact with leads and pitch the company services in order to set up appointments for sale teams.
Collaborate with appropriate sales team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
Overcome objections of prospective customers.
Confirm and follow-up appointments scheduled.
Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and record details for follow-up.
Record activities in the sale process.
Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
Follow-up post sales activities with existing customers.
Support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events.
