In this position, our future colleague will operate as Injection technician (production engineer), by supporting all projects in production and subsequently to entire Plant. The injection tehnician will implement improvement and optimisation of processes, machinery, material and product flows, etc in both manufacturing and logistics and will implement and maintain standardised working methods using Visual Control and Daily Performance Management techniques, ensuring that root causes of issue are identified, and appropriate actions taken to prevent reoccurrence.Under indirect supervision, maintain and repair all the site equipment, plant and machinery. Ensure that it is operating to the optimum performance specification and standards. Perform breakdown repair, plant maintenance, inspection, verification and administrative duties. To make continuous improvement as a way of life rather than an initiative. Offer permanent support to injection manager to solve daily task.

Tasks and responsibilities include:
  • Tracking and carrying out the tasks of the company's maintenance plan;
  • To carry out breakdown diagnostics, repairs and corrective maintenance;
  • To carry out maintenance checks and remedial repairs as defined by the Preventative maintenance systems;
  • Contribute to the development & implementation of the preventative maintenance system;
  • Ensure engineering stores levels are maintained and reordered;
  • To ensure that the production plan is achieved;
  • Work closely with production to evaluate problems, implementing remedial solutions;
  • To assist in the delivery of projects complete and on time;
  • To perform administrative duties as required, issue logs, etc
  • Propose improvements to the production process;
  • Monitoring and reporting the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and discard any that do not meet requirements;
  • Keeping tools and equipment operating accurately by following requirements and calling for repairs;
  • Continuous observe and apply the HSE and QMS principles;
  • Perform and document corrective action, including follow-up monitoring to measure the effectiveness of the corrective action.

Education and Experience:
  • Technical study , advantage university education – preferably in engineering (Mechanics, TCM etc.);
  • 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing environment, plastique it is an advantage;
  • Advanced command of English; English B2- appreciated; English B1 mandatory.
  • Experience with ERPs - Navision can be an advantage;
  • Ability to manage time and more tasks at the same time;
  • Assist team members in a friendly and professional manner;
  • Good working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing & Lean Tools;
  • Total Productive Maintenance;
  • Preventative Maintenance;
  • Standard work;
  • Good understanding of main KPIs (OEE, OTIF, etc.);
  • Any other lean/ continuous improvement techniques and processes;
  • Medium computer skills to calibrate and measure specifications;
  • Technical skills, must understand blueprints, technical documents, and manuals, ensuring that products and parts meet quality standards;
  • Production and Processing (Pneumatical, hydraulic, Sanitary…);
  • Measuring products with rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers;
  • Dexterity;
  • Mechanical skills must be able to use specialized tools and machinery;
  • Electrical skills must be able to handle the issus.
