Candidatul ideal

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent in a field of Energy/Automation or IT.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position; Knowledge of key sales concepts, practices, and procedures;
  • Passion for sales and strong determination to build a long-term career;
  • Demonstrates a strong and reliable commitment to achieve results;
  • Understanding of sales process;
  • Understanding of customer’s business, needs and goals to identify potential new business & cross-selling;
  • Have a passion for winning; think solutions, not problems to achieve goals;
  • Proactively takes independent action to resolve issues.
  • Fluent in English is considered a plus
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Prepares technical and economic offers to customers
  • Provides to customers necessary support by identifying together the best possible solution for the customer problem
  • Identifies and works business opportunities together with assigned Area Sales Manager;
  • Builds long term, meaningful customer relationships on the phone;
  • Build deep relationships with customers and become a trusted advisor for Rittal products;
  • Performs follow up on offers to customers
  • Acts as Product Manager for Rittal products
  • Introduces the orders in ERP system
  • Actively pursues new opportunities to drive and enable business growth while addressing new or existing customer needs;
  • Collaborate effectively with others to ensure the customer needs are fully met
  • Participates in company organizaed events
  • Reports regularly on his/her activity
