We are a multinational automotive company, in search of a new team member, in charge of customer quality. We think the most suited candidate will have:

  • University studies – technical
  • Speaks English at an advanced level
  • Basic SAP (not mandatory, considered an advantage)
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Good use of Core tools (FMEA, SPC, PPAP)
  • Good use of quality analyzing instruments
  • Open minded, good communicator, proactive and energetic
  • Used to working in a fast moving environment, with tight deadlines and a flexible approach

Descrierea jobului

Your daily tasks:

  • Will be responsible for permanent contact with the client regarding quality issues
  • In charge of solving claims, preparing audits, make analysis, organize different meetings
  • Will proceed visits at the clients
  • Prepare different quality reports
