Candidatul ideal

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Knowledge required:
• Computer literate, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of payroll , taxes and social security concepts
• Deeper knowledge of above subjects and/or Italian payroll legislation would be an advantage
• Good written and spoken Italian language
• Must be able to use software application and tools to configure system parameters, load client data, implement business logic algorithms and formulas


Skills required:
• Must be able to demonstrate the competencies as detailed in the Leadership Expectations for Individual Contributors

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• 2+ years working in payroll consulting and/or implementation role
• Diploma (or similar qualification) would be an advantage

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Implements the system according to client requirements described in the Blueprint document
• Coordinates with the payroll analyst/lead consultant to clarify specific requirements
• Documents detailed system implementation
• Loads sample client data on the system
• Checks system compliance to client requirements


KEY DUTIES/TASKS:
• Sets up the system , by configuring parameters, pay codes, calculation formulas
• Configures payslips and statutory forms/reports
• Loads sample client data on the system
• Runs payroll and post-payroll processes
• Compares payroll processes results with client payslips data, providing reports on differences and mismatches
• Provides progress report to her/his manager
• Tracks time spent by client and tasks undertaken
• Performs other duties as required


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Reports to Payroll Team Manager with no supervisory responsibility
• Will be expected to work under own initiative for day-to-day tasks in line with overall strategic guidance from manager
