ICT Digital Workplace Coordinator

Stefanini is looking for an ICT Digital Workplace Coordinator to lead EMEA ICT Department. In this role, you are responsible for leading the operational activities within our ICT Department, the delivery of projects and find fast solutions for the requests that span across one or more business units. You will be:

• Ensuring internal communication within the team that is responsible for our digital workplace, holding regular team meetings, keeping team up to date with all project details, internal Stefanini policies and procedures.
• Ensuring planning, schedules, breaks, code of conduct are respected by team members.
• Evaluating performance and developing team members through coaching and mentoring.
• Setting objectives for team members and perform yearly evaluation following company procedures
• Handling internal ICT projects related to end user experience improvement, involving communication with different departments
• Making sure of proper financial housekeeping.

Skills, Licenses, Knowledge, Education and Training Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience with budget maintenance is a plus
• English proficiency is a must.
• Senior knowledge in different area's withing ICT world is required
• Willing to travel (short terms)

Soft skills:

• Strong communication abilities, results orientation, planning and organizing skills, leadership - people management skills, analytical approach, self-starter.
• Proven decision making and time management skills.
• Proven project management skills
• Availability to work at least a few days from the Bucharest office per wee
