We are looking for a colleague who is experienced in Talent Acquisition and Administration, used to work in a fast-paced and international environment supporting all HR activities.

You are a good communicator, results-driven, detail oriented and you know how to handle employee requests anytime with the ability to prioritize tasks!

You will have to identify candidates suitable for the current employment needs of the company, and provide support in administrative activities.

The main responsibilities of this position are:
Selection and Recruitment:
- Identifies and manages the appropriate recruitment channels for vacancies
- Designs and posts recruitment announcements based on discussions with department heads
- Selects candidates based on CVs, depending on the candidate's profile and job requirements
- Contacts the selected candidates and schedule the interviews
- Participates actively in the process of interviewing and selecting candidates
- Evaluates and comes up with proposals regarding the selected candidates to the managers
- Manages and ensures the updating of the database with candidates
- Informs the candidates about the result of the selection process

- Provide support in Employment process: coordinate and ensure smooth employment documents preparation, completion, communication, and archiving.
- Carries out the complete employment process: interview, appointment at labor medicine, drafting employment contracts, signing employment contracts with candidates, requesting documents
- Presents various reports and situations required by management
- Prepares employee certificates
- Requests personnel documents from employees and maintains an active relationship with them
- Maintains a professional relationship with service suppliers: health & safety, meal vouchers, others.

- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 2 years working experience in an HR or support function-
- Very good skills of organization, communication, presentation, and relationship with people
- Ability to observe and analyze behavior
- Ability to follow and solve several recruitment / selection projects in parallel
- Ability to efficiently manage time and priorities
- Teamwork skills
- Fluent in English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, recruitment channels
