Candidatul ideal

Ideal candidate:

  • Graduated with Master’s degree in Human Resources or similar field.
  • At least 3 years of experience working in the recruitment area, handling the whole recruitment process, including direct searching of the candidates
  • Experience in corporate recruitment would be a plus
  • You have strong organizational skills and attention to details
  • You are business oriented, solution oriented and have the ability to influence people.
  • You are able to work under pressure
  • You are adaptable and have the desire to join a fast growing company
  • Excellent English skills (written and spoken), French would be a plus
  • Proficiency of Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel and Word)

Job Description
As a HUB Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be in charge of managing the corporate recruitment needs for the Romanian market for Mantu Group. You will perform actions in the development of recruitment strategies, operational recruitment, team management and project management.

Operational Recruitment:

  • Collect and analyze hiring managers’ needs
  • Influence and consult hiring managers on recruitment strategies & plans
  • Organize recruitment priorities for you and for your team-members
  • Do the follow-up of the recruitment activity for the hiring managers
  • Work hands-on on different recruitment needs for your perimeters by searching for candidates, performing interviews and ensure the follow-up of the need, perform feedback sessions, etc.
  • Make sure that all the candidates in process are meeting the Group’s criteria of selection.
  • Ensure the follow-up and achievement of the Yearly Recruitment Forecast for your perimeters.
  • Use innovative recruitment channels in order to recruit the best talents (ex : assessment days)
Recruitment strategy and employer branding:
  • Adapt the recruitment process to make it relevant for the local specificities of the market
  • Ensure a continuous follow-up of the market evolution in terms of renumeration practices based on information gathered from candidates, conferences, networking, etc.
  • Support and improve the employer branding for Mantu through concrete actions, in link with the Marketing teams (organize webinars, participate to Job Career Fairs, Conferences, etc)
  • Developing the partnerships with local Universities and Schools
  • Partner with HR team and HUB Manager in order to develop salary proposals for the candidates.
  • Train and audit hiring managers to guaranty the quality of the internal recruitment techniques and how to lead an effective recruitment interview, in link with the corporate process and its local specificities
