JOB DETAILS / ROLE PURPOSE


The Human Resources Support Specialist based in Romania will support with a full range of operational and administrative HR activities the International Health Human Resources team in Dublin.


1 year of packed and wide exposure to almost all HR areas of expertise whiting an International environment!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Support the Recruitment and on-boarding process for new starters (including, e.g. job posting, arranging interviews and new hire administration)
Support Talent Management and Learning & Development processes and programs (e.g. coordination of professional subscriptions)
Support the delivery of the performance management process
Maintain various HR databases and systems, ensuring they are up to date and accurate
Produce regular reports from the HR systems
Support payroll and benefits processes (e.g. family leave applications, benefits applications)
Provide operational HR support to the HR team in implementing a range of HR policies and procedures, including, e.g., new starters, leavers, absence
Ensure the accurate documenting of HR policies, procedures and processes
Process invoices via the BEST system
KEY REQUIREMENTS

He/she should possess the following skills and experience:
Ideally degree qualified in a Human Resources or related discipline or working towards a post graduate qualification in Human Resources
At least 1 year experience in a Human Resources role in a fast paced environment, preferably in an international, financial services corporate environment
Understanding of Human Resources best practices including Performance Management, Recruitment, Learning and Development and Talent Management
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
